Membership Application

   All perspective new club members should familiarize themselves with the Cen-Tex Modelers By-Laws, the Continuing Resolutions and the Field Flying Rules. In order to be able to fly at "Hall Field", all new Club Members must also be a Member with the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) for the purpose of having Liability Insurance. CTM Membership dues are as follows. (Also listed on the Application Form. (Form 1)

    Regular Member ($60) ___Prorated at $5.00 per month from April 1^st to March 31st each       year
    Senior Member (If you turn 65 during that year) ($48) ___ Prorated at $4.00 per month from April 1st to March 31st each year (Indicate Senior Member with your age on the Application Form)
    Junior Member ($15) ____Prorated at $1.25 per month from April 1^st to March 31^st each year
    Associate Member ($27)___ Prorated at $2.25 per month. (Must be a regular member in another AMA Club).

CTM Membership applications can be submitted as follows:

For AMA Members.

Fill out the clubs membership application  (Form 1) and the Member Profile sheet (Form 2), enclose the appropriate payment and mail it to the CTM. (Address is on the application Form)

For Non AMA Members.

Option 1

Fill out the clubs Application (Form 1) and Members Profile Sheet  (Form 2) and mail with appropriate payment to the CTM.
Apply for AMA Membership directly with AMA, either on line with (AMA) or by filling out the AMA Application Form (Form 3) and mail it with the appropriate payment to AMA

Option 2

Mail both, the CTM and AMA Membership applications with the Members Profile sheet (Form 1-3) with the appropriate payment to CTM. The CTM Treasurer will forward your AMA  Application. Make payments in to 2 different checks. One for CTM and one for AMA.

Upon receiving your AMA Membership, you must notify the CTM Treasurer and provide him with your AMA Membership number.

NOTICE: New Members are NOT allowed to fly at "Hall Field" until the clubs Treasurer verifies the AMA Membership. A Club Membership card will then be issued.
